Can you invoice my Support at Home provider?

Can you work with my NDIS plan manager?

Yes, we're happy to work with plan managers. Share your plan manager's details when you get started and we'll take it from there.

Can I change from another supplier?

Absolutely. Many of our customers come to us from large national suppliers. You don't need to wait for anything to run out.

Can you help me switch suppliers?

Yes. Send us your latest invoice or product list, or simply call us. We'll review your products, check pricing, and help organise the change.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver across Ballarat and surrounding areas. Free local delivery is available on eligible orders over $50 (PharmLink and Farm Door meal orders are excluded).

How quickly can you deliver?

We aim for same-day or next-day local delivery wherever possible. Timing depends on stock and where you are — we'll always let you know.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Free local delivery applies to eligible orders over $50. PharmLink orders and Farm Door meal orders are excluded from this offer.

Can I visit the showroom?

Yes, please do. Our showroom at 4 Little Bridge Street, Ballarat Central is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with weekend visits by appointment.

What brands can you supply?

We supply many well-known healthcare brands such as MoliCare, TENA, Hartmann, ResMed and Resource, Homyped footwear, and can access thousands more products through PharmLink.

That's completely fine. Call us or visit the showroom and we'll help you work it out.

Can I set up recurring orders?

Yes. We can organise regular supply of the products you use so you don't run out.

Can my care coordinator contact you?

Of course. Care coordinators, support coordinators and providers can call us or use our provider referral form.

Can I upload my existing product list?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can upload an invoice, order or product list on our switching and sign-up forms. A photo is fine.
